    Well one of my friend, also lost the weight from 155 lbs to 107 lbs in p2 within 5 months time period
    and also get cycling for 46 minutes daily thus been, successful in lowering weight. He is still wanting
    to lower down to 80 lbs. He is still on diet plan with vegetables, and fruits and some sort of fruit
    juices as well.
